Reputation of Judiciary at stake

Scam after scams is coming into picture which is the occurrence of in – house events of the judiciary. It seems that quick spreading virus of corruption has to deep extent infected at the top most level of judiciary. Faith of people in judiciary are corruding gradually. High powered people somehow manage to get escape. Enjoyed aweful reputation by judiciary is unexpectedly falling down. Present day judiciary has let down having expectation of people. Cases of important personality are being dealt expeditiously. Contrary to this, those of helpless common people are suffering. No one does want to redress of their having grievances. Each one of them expresses symbolic articulated sympathy but no one comes forward with a rightful solution. I am very constrained to say that judiciary has failed to change itself with pace of time. Some of outdated things are being still practicised at there. Some of the prevalent things reckons gone by days of British empire. Even, much of the things of judiciary of Britain are changed today. But, our judiciary is still adhered to those of outdated things.

Looking Back

Right from beginning there has been a quest to do something creative literary thing. Perhaps some sort of things as to this were done during those of living at Patna. Few of the creative things were published. Thence, I also mingled myself amongst other in race for getting a career. I was blown away and mine quest of yesteryear was lost in such blowing storm. In other words, my nurturing being was swept off. This long race of forming a career ultimately launched me as a practicising advocate. There are so many dimension involved in this profession. Now, god has gifted me such a unique device whereby any sort of other thing can be easily taransformed into being. This is the sole reason for being slightly as a diplomat, slightly as a politician and slightly as a literary person. I am on the pitch to play my inning as per my having nuances of wish. Perhaps god gifted me this unique while being an advocate. All sort of this purporting multi dimensional thing can be brought into full practice while as being an advocate. Had I been in other field then all such things would not have instantly conferred at a time upon me. Let see, what happens next.

Aftermath of terrorist attack

Today people are much desperate in order to level allegation upon else. It seems that people have forgotten to introspect. From day one, finger of accusation has been directed towards our one of the neighbour. But we have not realized that our one of the neighbours has taken the benifit of our having massive loopholes in our system. I think system has not been functioning properly. Those who are montitoring of these are not efficient. Otherwise few of terrorist would not have become successful. In wake of this, there is an urgent need to upgrade as well as to clean of our system from profound corrupt element. What we are? So prevailing system is absolutely like us. So indeed, at first there is need to reform ourselves. Time has come to prove of ourselves that we are responsible citizen of our country. Country is reckoning that we should change of ourself. There is a need to develop the culture of work. Then, everything will instantly change.
